• Account Information - Your name and email address when you create an account.
• Profile Information - Phone number, brokerage name, and license details you provide for your agent profile.
• Property Listing Data - Property details such as address, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage that you enter when creating marketing kits.
• Uploaded Photos - Property photos and agent headshots/logos you upload to generate marketing materials.
• Usage Data - Information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and general activity patterns.
• Usage Data (Google Analytics) - On our website we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages visited, approximate location, browser and device type, and the steps that lead to a sign-up or purchase. Google Analytics uses cookies. When you are signed in we may link visits to an anonymous account ID, never your email address, and sign-in tokens are removed from page addresses before anything is sent to Google. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
• Advertising Measurement (Meta Pixel) - On our website we use the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show our ads to people who have visited. It records the pages you visit and actions such as signing up, starting a checkout, subscribing or sending a contact message, together with browser and device information and Meta cookies. We never send Meta your name, email address, phone number, license details, listing details or photos, and the pixel does not run on sign-in or profile pages.
• Advertising Measurement (iPhone app) - Our iPhone app includes Meta's software development kit to measure installs and in-app actions (such as signing up or creating a kit) from our ads. It does not collect your device's advertising identifier, and the app never asks to track you across other companies' apps. Subscription purchases made in the app are also reported to Meta (the plan and price, never your name or email address).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide our services and generate your marketing materials (Instagram Stories, Video Reels, Print Flyers, and Email Templates).
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To improve our platform and develop new features.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and service-related matters.
• To ensure the security and integrity of our platform.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:

• Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit.
• All payment information is processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
• We use secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission.
• We implement access controls and regularly review our security practices.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data:

• Supabase - Authentication and database storage.
• Stripe - Payment processing and subscription management.
• Vercel - API hosting for our serverless backend functions.
• Amazon Web Services - Rendering your video reels.
• Google - Website analytics (Google Analytics) and Sign in with Google.
• Apple - Sign in with Apple and in-app subscription billing, managed through RevenueCat.
• Meta - Advertising measurement (the Meta Pixel on our website and Meta's SDK in our iPhone app).
• Resend - Sending service emails, such as replies to contact messages.

We do not sell your personal information. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We encourage you to review their privacy policies for more information about their data practices.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access - You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction - You can update or correct inaccurate information through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Deletion - You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (your kits, photos, and agent profile) yourself at any time: on the web, open Account Settings and choose Delete My Account; in the iPhone app, go to Account › Account Settings › Delete My Account. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If you subscribed through the iPhone app, also cancel the subscription in your iPhone's Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. You can also request deletion through our contact form.
• Opt Out - You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
• Advertising Choices - You can turn off ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, or block cookies in your browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Meta Pixel does not load at all.
• California Residents - Using the Meta Pixel and Meta's app SDK for advertising counts as "sharing" personal information under California law. We do not sell your information. To opt out of sharing, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or ask us through our contact form.
